The FHRAI annual convention is the industry’s premium event held in September every year. The annual convention is an unparalleled opportunity to position your company products and services directly to hotel owners and decision makers. The convention is attended by over 600 delegates, who are Hotel owners, General Managers and directors of Hotel Companies.
Sponsorship opportunities of program functions at the convention
Tea/coffee breaks between sessions: There are four tea/coffee breaks. Lunches: There are three lunches available for sponsorship. Dinners: There are three dinners available for sponsorship. Cocktails: There are three Cocktails available for sponsorship. Beer / liquor service/beverage service : This sponsorship offers opportunity to showcase your products during lunches and dinners at the convention.
Transportation: Sponsors of the delegate transportation get the privilege of being designated the official transport providers of the convention. Communication systems: Sponsors can provide sponsorship of the communication requirement of the convention e.g: Mobile phones, land communications, Audiovisual requirements. Registration and logistics: Sponsors will get the advantage of positioning their products and logos on all logistic arrangements, points, registration forms swipe cards, logistic displays etc.
Products and stationary available for sponsorship / advertisement are: Pre-convention brochure, Convention program brochure, Delegate kit bag, Convention stationary, Convention gifts, Post Convention brochure/text of presentations.
All sponsors are given free registration to the convention for two persons. All sponsors are given full credit and exposure on strategically placed banners at the convention venue. In the media and press kit.

These awards are given at the glittering Annual convention. Sponsors logo are boldly displayed on the award, on the citation, the awards brochure, on all other award literature, display points and on stage during the award ceremony.The sponsors are also given preferential seating on the dias during the awards ceremony and an opportunity to present their commitment in their respective arena during the awards function.
Individual Entrepreneur Awards : These are very prestigious Annual awards of National Stature. FHRAI has instituted these awards in recognition of entrepreneurial talent in the industry and to encourage professionalism .There are two categories of awards given every year:

FHRAI has instituted these awards in recognition of managerial talent in the industry, to encourage professionalism and commitment to efficiency thereby achieving success.There are eleven categories of awards given this year for all the departments of the Hotel and Restaurant.

Environment Awards : FHRAI encourages and promotes environmentally sound practices in the industry. In recognition of the various segments of the industry's commitment to environmental concerns, there are four categories of awards given every year.
