SUB: IMEX 2023 TO BE HELD IN FRANKFURT (GERMANY) BETWEEN 23RD TO 25TH MAY 2023

Dear Member,

We wish to inform you that the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is planning to participate at the IMEX 2023 scheduled to be held in Frankfurt (Gemmary) between 23rd to 25th May 2023. The Ministry of Tourism has invited the travel industry to participate as co-exhibitors within the India Pavilion being set up to showcase the varied tourism destinations and products of the country. The Ministry of Tourism is planning a series of sessions on various themes during IMEX 2023.

The IMEX 2023 is the premier international travel related event, which provides platform for networking and meetings with executives and leaders from all segments of the Tourism Industry, worldwide. These events also provide excellent opportunity for showcasing and sourcing new products and services and to learn about the latest international trends and patterns affecting tourism to various regions. The participants include National / Regional tourist organizations, tourist attractions, tour operators, transport operators, hotels, airlines, cruise liners, railways, technology and communications and other travel related services.

The India Pavilion will have a common decor/ theme and all co-exhibitors in the India Pavilion will be provided fully built-up booths / stalls, with provision for display of publicity material only within their own booths/ stalls. The minimum booth / stall space is 4 sq. mtrs. and in the event additional space is required, the same will be at a multiple of 4 sq. mtrs. The space will be offered to co-exhibitors on a first come first served basis.

The Ministry of Tourism has invited hotel establishments to participate in the above exhibition by booking space in the India Pavilion on a cost sharing basis. The participation fee in the India Pavilion at IMEX 2023 will be conveyed shortly.

Last Date for participation confirmation is 20th Mach 2023.
